MY PURPOSE

Ida Rose & Co. is named in honor of my incredible grandmother, Ida Tanel Buscemi, and my mom. My grandmother taught me the joy of making things with love and intention. Whether it was sewing, cooking, baking or simply crafting something by hand. She showed me that the best gifts are the ones made from the heart. My mom taught me the beauty of creativity - to see the world with wonder, color and imagination. She helped me understand that being creative is a strength, and one to be proud of.

I am born and raised on Long Island, surrounded by strong women and a family that has supported every version of me - especially the one that’s been craving a creative outlet. Ida Rose & Co. is a space to bring that side of me into the light. It’s about sharing joy through embroidery, handmade pieces and the magic of thoughtful, slow-made things.
