Returns
Due to the time and care that goes into creating each embroidered piece, Ida, Rose & Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
However, if you are unhappy with your order, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us through the Contact tab on our website or email idaroseandco@gmail.com within one hour of placing your order. After that time, production may already be underway, and changes cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping
All non-custom items will be processed and packaged within 5–7 business days.
Custom embroidered items may take up to 2–3 weeks to be designed, stitched, and packaged with care.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Economy shipping typically takes 5–8 business days, though orders may arrive sooner depending on your location.
Please note:
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days, we recommend reaching out to your local post office directly.
If a package is lost in transit, you may file a claim through USPS or UPS.
Ida, Rose & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.
